Walk or Bike to School

Walking or biking is good for you, good for the environment, good for your community and is free.
Walking/biking is faster than driving for many families due to the parks and trail system in our neighbourhood.

*Walking times estimated at a speed of 4km/hr, or a slow/moderate walk.
Research shows 4km/hr is optimal pace for low intensity exercise for boys aged 9-11.
