Thank you to everyone who helped out or supported the event! Many people commented that they enjoyed getting together with other parents, and the function raised over $2,000.

Event Details

This was the first time the PAC attempted a "Burger and Beverage" afternoon. The PAC wanted to do something other than "Chocolates" as the major winter fundraiser and it was hoped that a social, community fundraiser in the middle of winter would be a nice break from routine.

"Burger/Beverage" We sold 46 out of 100 tickets, however many people attended who did not eat, so we estimate about 60 community members attended, in addition to "The Wellingtons" regular patrons whom were very supportive.

Draws We held 2 50/50 draws, and several meat draws. We added about $50 in lottery tickets to the final meat draw as an added incentive to participate.

Silent Auction The parents and community were very supportive of the silent auction and over 100 items or certificates were donated to it. We exceeded our target for both number of auction items, and revenue. View the final list of auction items to see the items, and companies which donated.
