Mount Benson Elementary School Land

Mount Benson School uses two properties as its school site. The top field and 1/2 the lower field are the historical school site and neighbourhood athletic field. This property is a crown owned historical neighbourhood park which was managed by the Wellington Community and the school district. It will remain a neighbourhood park and the neighbourhood should work with the crown to establish clear park rules.

The 4.6 acre school site is a crown grant and should revert to the crown if the school is closed.
